Pepper - Padron Sow under glass from February to May. Plant in a warm place or put them inside on a windowsill. Padrón has a very mild flavour, making these green peppers very suitable as snack or tapas dish. Try stuffing them with cream cheese or frying them with olive oil and sea salt.
