☀️ Light & Temperature

Sunlight: Requires full sun (at least 6 hours) in spring and autumn, but thrives in partial afternoon shade during hot summer months to keep leaves crisp.
- Temperature: Seeds germinate best at cool temperatures between 10°C and 16°C (50°F–60°F). Avoid sowing in temperatures above 24°C (75°F), as extreme heat inhibits germination and turns leaves bitter.
🌱 Soil & Spacing

Soil Type: Prefers loose, fertile, well-draining loamy soil heavily amended with organic compost. Maintain a neutral pH range of 6.2 to 6.8.
